*** Student Registration: An official document certifying the student status must be sent during the registration to have benefit. Please attach a letter signed and stamped by the head of the relevant university department or by the student’s supervisor (optional form). If it is not possible to present the document above, please provide a copy of your student ID.

• Full registration fees include: entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, lunches, tea/coffee breaks, icebreaker, welcome reception and the general assembly.
• Day registration fees include: entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, lunches and tea/coffee breaks on that day. Social functions are at an additional cost.
• The conference dinner has an additional cost of R$ 140.00. Tickets can be purchased on the Social Functions page of the online registration form.
• Registration rates apply to payments by the end of the reference period.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat to . Cancellations received up to and including 31 August 2016 will incur a cancellation fee of R$ 150.00. No refund will be given for cancellations received after the first of September 2016.
